These self catering apartments, refurbished to a very high standard, offer hand built kitchens, luxury modern bathrooms and spacious, comfortable living space. They are located on the Esplanade close to the centre of Fowey, just a short walk from the shops, restaurants and the estuary.
The Ashley House apartments are an ideal way of independently enjoying the delights of Fowey and Cornwall.
Apartment 2 has two bedrooms, both with cotton sheets and goose down pillows and 2 bathrooms. There is a view from the sitting room of Fowey's busy and bustling estuary. It also enjoys a secluded patio terrace garden and offers flat screen TV's, i-pod/i-phone docks and wi-fi connection. The kitchen is welll equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. All fixtures and fittings are of a high and luxurious standard.
Apartment 1 is a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor that offers all the amenities of apartment 2 as detailed above.
We also have Aldford house, a lovely Edwardian house with dramatic estuary and sea views which offers generous and comfortable family accommodation for 6 - 8 people. It comprises 3 large bedrooms (one with twin beds) and there is an additional room with generous bunk beds. There are two family bathrooms. The living and dining accommodation has flat screenTV/DVD player and i-pod dock. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dshwasher. To the rear of the property is a sun/play room with a wall mounted flat screen TV which opens onto a small patio area with barbeque facilities. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier.
