Polglaze traditionally caters for those who wish to relax and unwind in the peace and beauty of the Cornish countryside.........
Nestling in an area of outstanding natural beauty, overlooking farmland towards the Fowey Estuary, Polglaze is a small family run site that offers a peaceful atmosphere in which to unwind and enjoy your holiday in the countryside, without the trappings of commercial parks. Within one mile you will find the ancient port of Fowey and the Fowey river, an area of outstanding natural beauty steeped in history and the stories of piracy and smuggling that so inspired Daphne du Maurier. The Coastal area surrounding us is known as the Cornish Riviera for the many coves, beaches, country walks and little unspoilt towns and villages for you to explore.
Polglaze iis well placed for the bus route into Fowey.
Facilities include free solar thermal heating and hot water, showers, toilets and hook ups and recycling facilities.
Touring site opens mid July to September
A privately appointed 6 berth holiday home is also available from April - October with private garden complete with patio, BBQ and parking
