This charming first floor waterside apartment has been converted from the original Fowey Lifeboat Station. The cosy apartment, while located in the town centre close to the many shops, pubs and restaurants, is quiet and has panoramic views across the River Fowey from the patio-style French windows.
There is full centrall heating and the apartment is equipped and furnished to a high standard. There is a shower room with a second w.c. in addition to a full bathroom. The bedroom has twin 3ft pine beds with duvets and a spacious walk-in wardrobe.
