Tide House and the Garden Flat are in a favoured position very near shops and restaurants, only three minutes from Whitehouse beach and the ferry to Polruan and Mevagissey and ten minutes from the beauiful Readymoney cove.
The flat is on the lower ground floor of Tide house, a substantial Edwardian property sleeping 8 people and boasting beautiful river views from the 2 balconies.. The flat sleeps 2 and has a patio overlooking the estuary.
Linen, gas central heating and electricity are included in both properties. Please note, there are steep steps to the flat which may not be suitable for the elderly.
There is parking in a covered garage space for the house.
