A TALE OF TWO RIVERS Guided walk led by Mark11.00am to 3.30pm £10.00

Stroll along the ancient wooded banks linking Lerryn Creek with the River Fowey, hear tales that evoke echoes of a byegone age.

REBECCA Guided walk led by Lynn 10.00am to 3.30pm £10.00

The walk starts by visiting Polridmouth Cove, the setting for the shipwreck scene in Rebecca. The reward for the climb up to Gribbin Head is stunning views from the coast path over St Austell Bay.

The picturesque port of Charlestown was created in 1799 as a mineral port. This walk explores its history from its early days as a tiny fishing village and its transformation into a shipping community with a wide range of occupations such as shipbuilders, mariners, sailmakers and more up to WW2.
