How the information we collect from you is used:
When you submit an order or enquiry to us we request details of your name, address, telephone number and email address. The collection of this information is to enable us to process your order or progress your enquiry swiftly and efficiently. The details you provide may also be used to contact you by telephone in order that we may discuss the details and progression of your enquiry, and in some cases take your payment details, in any case we contact you only to enable us to complete your request.

We will only use your details for the purposes of mailing lists, promotions or any sales campaign, if you have given us permission to do so by ticking the consent box when you complete the form. Where you grant this permission, we will only use your details to provide you with information relating to Fowey and the business of The Ticket Shop. When you submit your order, your details are sent to us as an encrypted email via 128 SSL, they are only decrypted once they have been received in our office. We follow strict security procedures in the storage of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.
