Eden Ticket Ordering Information
We are currently working to bring you a new online shopping cart facility.
However whilst this takes place we are only able to take orders by phone and post.
We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to bring you our new shop shortly.

To Order by Phone - Telephone us on +44(0)1726 833616 between 1000hrs and 1630hrs GMT/BST. If you would like us to call you back please ask us to do so.
You will need to have ready full details of the items you wish to order and your credit or debit card details for payment.

To Order by Post - Please send details of your order together with payment, delivery address and your telephone number to:

Email Requests - Because of the security implications of for your payment details we do not accept orders by email. However, if you prefer to email us requesting a call back please do so, just provide us with your name, telephone number and the best time of day to call you, (during working hours) and we will telephone you to take your order.

When We Receive Your Order - We aim to process orders within 48hrs of their receipt. Orders are posted using second class post. (On overseas orders postage is charged at cost.)

When Should You Receive Your Order? - Please allow us and the post five to seven working days. If for any reason we are unable to meet this time we will let you know.

Terms & Conditions

Prices
All of our prices are in GB £'s sterling. We do not charge for post and packing.

Payment
We accept all major UK credit cards for payment in sterling. For overseas customers, we are more than happy to take payment on any credit card with the Visa or MasterCard logo. Payment by credit card will appear on your statement as a credit to 'The Ticket Shop'.

If you should wish to pay by cheque then please complete the form and print a copy and post it to us with your payment to the address below.

Orders
We aim to complete all orders as quickly as possible, this normally means orders are posted out the next working day after the receipt of your order form. Orders will be sent out using first class postage. This generally means you should receive your order within five working days in the UK. If you live outside the UK please allow a little longer for delivery.

Fulfilment of your order
If for any reason we are unable to supply all items on your order we will telephone or email you.
