There are mainline trains travelling east and west as well as a branch line to Newquay.

Coastal footpath from Par to Mevagissey – No 25 bus to Par, walk and then return to Fowey by bus from Mevagissey to St Austell Bus and Rail Station then change to No 25 for Fowey.
Luxulyan Valley – No 25 bus and train to Luxulyan, walk to Par bus returning to Fowey.
Golant – No 25 bus from Fowey to Castle Dore, walk to Golant and return along footpath.

Cycling
