There is a luxurious open plan living and dining area with fitted lounge seating and a double folding bed underneath.There is also a gas fire for cosy nights in. The dining area is adjacent with comfortable independent seating.

The open plan kitchen has a built in gas oven and grill with a 4 ring gas hob. There is loads of cupboard space and a built in fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite toilet and a fitted wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has twin single beds and a wardrobe. There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. The home has full gas central heating throughout.

Externally, there is superb decking offering great seating and an additional patio with outdoor dining table for up to 6 people and a barbeque.

The holiday home is situated on the superb Par Sands Park and is just a two minute walk from the magnificent sandy Par beach. There is a great selection of pubs, cafes and shopping facilities just five minutes walk away.
