Apartment 1, situated on the first floor, sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms). Bedroom 1 has a 5ft cast iron and brass bed, antique armoire, feature fireplace and lovely views to wake up to through the bay windows. Bedroom 2 is a French inspired twin ensuite room with views overlooking the garden. Bedroom 3 is the smallest of the bedrooms with bunk beds and another great view through bi-fold doors leading out onto the balcony. Master and twin room bedrooms have a TV.
The main luxury bathroom is next to the master bedroom. The open plan lounge and kitchen/dining area is spacious and welcoming. Again fantastic views take centre stage from the bay windows, where you can take in the changing scenery and watch boats cruising in and out of the harbour. Comfy settees and armchairs, wood burning stove and stylish furniture make this an enticing place to unwind. There is a 37" flat screen LCD TV with freeview and DVD with a good supply of DVD's. * Also, plentiful supply children’s toys & games. * Not available whilst Covid 19 Measures in place.
The kitchen/diner has everything you need to prepare meals - that is if you are not tempted to try out the excellent eating establishments in Fowey. Seating for 6 around the large table with Lloyd Loom style dining chairs.
The garden to the rear of the property has a generous sized patio area and a store room facility housing a washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use of the apartments. *There are a good selection of outdoor beach games, body boards, buckets and spades etc. Patio area for shared use by apartments. Big Green Egg, clay oven provided on patio. Car parking space for each apartment. * Not available whilst Covid 19 Measures in place.
There is the added benefit of unlimited use of the indoor swimming pool and hot tub in nearby Fowey Hall. Guests are also entitled to a 10% reduction in spa treatments, 10% reduction off meals and drinks at Fowey Hall.
N.B. The Spa and pool is currently closed for refurbishment from September 2021 – approximately May 2022 so will not be available to use during this time. We are very sorry, but we are unable to guarantee at present the exact date it will reopen for use.

· Our very own Gin Cupboard mini bar with honesty boxes. These are stocked with miniature Cornish gins, vodka, rums, tonic waters and cocktail paraphernalia for you to prepare your very own tipple. Fresh Lemon in hamper too!
· Wood Burner in Apartment 1 - with supply of kindling, logs, firelighters and matches between October – March
