For a £5.00 non-refundable booking fee we will find accommodation to suit your needs.
In addition to the fee we take a deposit for the establishment of 20% of the whole stay. This 20% deposit is deducted from your final bill.
We use our own listings which cover much of the accommodation in this area.
We can also access a database which includes accommodation for most of Cornwall.

We open 0930 - 1700hrs Monday to Saturday, 1000 - 1600hrs on Sunday (GMT/BST).
When you telephone us we will take your personal details such as name and address.
We will also need a telephone number where we can contact you during working hours.
Your payment details will be taken at this time but not charged until we make a booking.
We will need details of the type of accommodation you are looking for, for instance:
serviced or self-catering, dates and number of nights, number of adults and children,
preferred location along with any special requests or requirements.
Our staff carry out many bookings each year and are well placed to offer advice to help you find accommodation that meets your requirements.
Once we have your details we use our database to find your accommodation, matching your requirements as best as we can.
When we have found suitable accommodation we contact you to confirm it with you, and then make the booking on your behalf, take payment and post the details to you. You will need these forms to check in to your accommodation.

Advanced Bed Booking Terms and Conditions
The accommodation will be booked for you by Fowey Tourist Information Centre (TIC) as agent for the accommodation establishment and therefore, any contract for the booking is directly between you and the accommodation establishment.
We charge a fee of £5.00 for making an advance booking, this is a non-refundable fee for the service.
We also charge a 20% deposit of the whole stay towards the cost of the accommodation, this will be deducted from your account by the accommodation establishment when you produce the paper work we provide you with confirming the booking. The majority of this deposit is passed on to the accommodation establishment to secure your booking, the TIC retains only 10% of the first night which represents the booking commission payable by the accommodation establishment. This deposit is not refundable to either party.
Once you have contacted us with your accommodation criteria and payment details we will then start to search for suitable accommodation. Therefore, it is essential you provide a telephone number where we can contact you during normal working hours. If you wish to fax your payment details to us independently you can do so on +44(0)1726 834939, they will reach us in a secure office.
We aim to complete accommodation bookings by the close of business on the next working day following your contact with us. This timescale is dependent on us being able to contact you on the telephone to discuss your requirements and confirm the booking. Once completed all the necessary paper work and booking details will be sent to you in the post.
We will make every effort to find accommodation suited to your requirements but cannot be held responsible nor accept any liability for complaints or claims of any nature arising from this booking, nor for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you or other members of your party, during or as a result of your stay at the accommodation establishment.
If you fail to take up the accommodation by the time stated, without prior arrangement with the accommodation establishment, then the booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit forfeited. The accommodation establishment may also charge you a cancellation fee. This may also be the case if you cancel the booking prior to your arrival.
