The working farm nestles beside a beautiful 13th century church in a peaceful riverside village overlooking the Fowey River valley.
A warm and friendly welcome awaits you with a homemade Cornish cream tea upon arrival, fresh flowers and a complimentary breakfast pack to include local bacon, sausages and our own free range eggs.
Children will love to visit our farm animals at feeding time and collect the eggs for their breakfast.

The superior quality barns and cottage are spacious, light and airy, stylish and comfy and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Rooms are en-suite. Coaches Rest offers disabled facilities. .There is ample parking and large private fenced gardens with bbq's.
The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, N.T. properties, sandy beaches and coves to explore, coastal paths to walk and wonderful Cornish gardens are all close by. Fowey with its narrow streets and pretty shops has a beautiful port and harbour for sailing and pleasure trips and ample pubs and restaurants to choose from.

Coaches Rest

This ground floor holiday cottage has 2 fully furnished bedrooms both en-suite and accommodating up to 4 guests plus a cot which is available on request. The roomy double bedroom with en-suite has full facilities and a level entry shower area (a wet room). This room is ideal for those with restricted mobility with support rails and allows for easy wheelchair access. The second bedroom has twin beds with the en-suite offering a bath and full facilities. A cot and highchair are available on request.

The very spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area has been tastefully decorated and is well equipped to a very high standard. The lounge area has two cosy leather settees, contemporary furniture, 40" flat screen digital TV with disc player, a radio/CD player, and Ipod docking station and a selection of books and family games. The fully equipped kitchen area includes an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Alongside this is a comfortable dining table with chairs.

Sliding doors lead to a paved patio area with garden furniture and gas barbeque and steps that lead up to a large fenced lawn with extensive views. There is level off road parking.

Church Meadow

Church Meadow is a wonderfully spacious, split level house with an unconventional accommodation layout that our guests love for its unique character. It has been tastefully furnished and decorated to a very high standard.

On the ground floor there are two fully furnished bedrooms one with twin beds and the other is a zip and link bed which can be a 6ft super king bed or two 3ft single beds.. These are served by a shared bathroom with full facilities and shower.

You will find the kitchen and dining room on the middle level, both rooms are very light and spacious, and overlook the garden. The fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, radio and CD player, and a tumble dryer in a separate utility room. The separate dining room lends itself to more formal dining for that special meal or occasion. A cot and highchair are available on request.

On the upper level you will find the well furnished master bedroom with double bed and an adjacent bathroom bath and full facilities. The sitting room is also on this level and has an open fireplace with electric fire, digital 28" flat screen TV with a disc player and an Ipod docking station. There are children's games and a selection of books. From the sitting room there are patio doors which open onto a paved balcony with garden furniture and gas barbecue, leading to the fenced garden, which has a large secluded lawn. There are wonderful views of the Fowey River valley and surrounding open countryside. Ample off-road parking for two cars.

The Old Granary

The Old Granary with its rustic charm has been beautifully restored to achieve a rewarding 5 star standard with traditional beams and wonderful oak flooring. All rooms have excellent country views over the Fowey Valley and surrounding open countryside, including from some the river with its sailing and pleasure boats exploring the estuary and the numerous creeks and inlets.

Granite steps invite you into a light hallway that leads to a double bedroom with en-suite facilities including shower. On this level there are two further bedrooms each with twin or triple beds and en-suite facilities including shower. On this level there is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The polished oak stairway leads up to a spacious living, dining and kitchen area with built in Rayburn for delicious farmhouse cooking and a very well equipped, fully fitted oak kitchen which includes a combination microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker and hob. A large family table and dining chairs is between the kitchen and the lounge area. A cot and highchair are available on request.

The lounge area has an electric wood burner, sumptuous leather seating, a 40" flat screen digital TV with disc player, a radio with CD player and an Ipod docking station. There are also a few children's games and a selection of books. The master bedroom has a 5ft king size bed with en-suite shower over bath and full facilities. All this, and you can wake up in the morning to a stunning view overlooking the Fowey Estuary. Absolutely perfect!!

The patio doors from the living room lead onto a decked area for sitting and relaxing in the afternoon and evening sun with a cup of tea or a glass of wine and perhaps a good book. From here a wooden bridge takes you onto a large fenced lawn for children to play or just to sit and take in the ambience. The patio area with a gas barbeque and garden furniture completes the experience.

There is ample off-road parking for 3 or 4 cars.
