Fowey Hall sits in a superb location overlooking the tranquil sailing town of Fowey with commanding views over the river estuary and far out to sea.
Fowey Hall was the inspiration behind Toad Hall in the children’s classic The Wind in the Willows, and appropriately enough, this is a magical holiday spot for children and their parents alike, with the finest family-friendly facilities combined with all the lavishness and comforts of the top country-house hotels to ensure a happy stay for all the family. Our chef, Wesley Pratt loves the South West due to the abundance of quality local suppliers which he uses as inspiration for his menus, including locally sourced fish, seafood and meat from local Cornish farmers, and his passion is reflected in his chosen seasonal dishes.
Part of Luxury Family Hotels, Fowey Hall has an Ofsted registered creche, babysitting services and special children’s menus. We also have a games room for older children, Wind in the Willows inspired outdoor play area, zip wire and garden games.
The Spa allows you to treat yourself to some pampering during your stay. We use the award winning Italian spa brand Elemis for our treatments. The facilities include four spectacular treatment rooms, a 12 metre swimming pool and changing area and a fabulous hot tub on the decking area.
Whether you’re looking for rest and relaxation, or excitement and adventure, you’ll find them all in Fowey.
