15th - 27th April 2013. A selection of walks over a two week period from a long distance footpath to guided town walks.
Find the spring in your step and take to the highways and byways to blow away those winter blues. From long distance walking to guided town walks, there is something for everyone in Fowey Walks Weeks, you can pick and choose which walks you would like to take. The first walk is The Saint's Way, the long distance route from Padstow to Fowey frequented by Christian missionaries and pilgrims over the centuries. It travels from the rugged north coast to the softer more undulating south coast. The walk takes place over two days and a minibus transfer is available each day to return you to your starting point. You can enjoy this within a four night accommodation package, 2 nights in Padstow and 2 nights in Fowey either in B&B or Hotel accommodation or just join the walk each day. In the the second week we are supporting the South West Coast Path Association celebrating their 40th anniversary. With walks along the coast path ranging from 3 to 18 miles and all are accompanied by a local expert and by registering you will be helping to raise funds to help maintain and develop the Coastal Footpath. see www.southwestcoastpath.org.uk/40th-anniversary.
