Featuring work by Kurt Jackson, Wolfgang Buttress and Amy Shelton, this insightful exhibition of science and contemporary art brings new views on bees and other native pollinators: their vital role, their extraordinary lives, their plight and the story of our native dark honey bees and the role they play. Plan Bee brings together a wide range of collaborators from many disciplines connected by their passion to save our pollinators.

Featuring diverse artwork from three contemporary artists:
• Bees (and the Odd Wasp) in my Bonnet : Kurt Jackson
• Reverie: Wolfgang Buttress
• Florilegium: Honey Flow 1 Spring (February-April) 2013 : Amy Shelton.

Plan Bee was developed in partnership with B4 (www.b4project.co.uk) and support was provided by the Patagonia Environmental Grants Fund of Tides Foundation, Arts Council England, Plymouth University, Exeter University and the Ernest Kleinwort Charitable Trust.

This new temporary exhibition will be held in Eden's recently refurbished exhibition space in the Core building, from 26 January to 17 March. Open every day except Mondays and Tuesdays until February 18, and seven days a week thereafter until 17 March.
