Learn how to scythe on a one-day beginners course at Eden. Scything is undergoing a revival, as people realise the benefits of combining some healthy outdoor exercise with a sustainable method of vegetation control.

Learn the art from an Eden horticulturalist and one of the country's scything champions, Kevin Austin.

The course includes basic scything techniques, as well as a guide to sharpening and maintaining your scythe. You'll of course get free entry to Eden for the day.
